3. Affiliate Links
You may use graphic and text links both on your website and in emails. The site may also be advertised "offline" in classified ads, magazines, and newspapers. You may use the graphics and text provided to you by us, or you may create your own as long as they are deemed appropriate according to the conditions in 2.

4. Affiliate Tracking
When a web surfer clicks through your affiliate link, a cookie is set in their browser that contains your affiliate username. Also, their IP address is tracked in the database along with your affiliate name. When this person decides to buy a product, the script will look for this cookie and/or try to match their IP address to identify the affiliate who will be awarded the commission. Visitors sent through your affiliate link may make a purchase later in time and the commission will still be awarded if the cookie is present in their browser and/or the are using the same IP address as the one logged in the database.

5. Access to Affiliate Statistics
You will be given a password so that you may enter our secure Affiliate Management Center . From this site you will be able to receive your reports that will describe our calculation of the Advertising Fee due to you. At this site you will also be able to change your affiliate preferences. (address, contact info etc....)

Graphics links that we have made available for use in your website Site will always be available at our Banners and Links page. In order for us to accurately keep track of guest visits from your site to ours, you must use the HTML code that we provide.

6. Links
We will provide you with a unique identifying URL for you to link to. Each sale or referral that is generated from this URL will be attributed to you. You will have access to your own private section to check your stats in Real Time. Your links to the unique URL can be text links or banner links, or a combination of the two, at your sole discretion. If you choose banner links, you must use our banners. We will provide you with a URL of all our banners, from which you can freely choose. You may add as many links to SEO Studio, or remove such links, at anytime and without prior approval from us.

We will provide you with instructions on how to properly format the links. You are responsible for ensuring the links are formatted correctly. This will ensure accurate tracking of sales for credit to your account. Every effort will be made to ensure that our site is functional and available for customers referred to our site through your "affiliate link".

7. Terms of the agreement
These terms will begin upon your signup with the affiliate program and will end when your affiliate account is terminated. The terms of this agreement may be modified by us at any time. If any modification to the terms is unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your affiliate account. Your continuing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any change.

8. Commission and Payment
We will pay you 50% or up to $100.00 of any and all purchases made by a customer referred by your "affiliate link" through our banners or text links (Not including any applicable sales tax and shipping charge). Minimum amount for payment is $39.50USD. Any amount under this will be held in your account until the minimum for pay out is reached.

Commissions will be paid via PayPal in US currency within ten days of the first of the month for commissions due in the past 30 days. For example, commissions for sales made during May will be sent out on or before the 10th of July. This is  necessary to allow sufficient time for our customers to exercise our 30 day money back guarantee option. We are not responsible for paying interest to Affiliates for accrued but not yet delivered Commission payments. Any "refunds" to a customer, referred through your "affiliate link", will be deducted from your "credited" commission/s. Charge backs, if any, will be also deducted from your "credited" commissions.

9. Liability
We will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of "intents of harm" to the program or our website. We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the affiliate program and/or products sold at this site. We make no claim that the operation of the affiliate program and our website will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.

10. Frauds
Please be aware that because of the possibility of credit card fraud on the Internet, suspicious orders are automatically cancelled by Trendmetrix Software. The commission will not be forwarded in these instances. Our objective is to develop a long standing business relationship with our affiliates and assure you of our up most honesty and integrity in these matters.
